Terms and Conditions Ad Unit

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are a legal agreement between the Client (“You”) and the Blog Owner (“Us”), governing the terms and conditions of Advertisement Banner (“Banner”) on our website (“Site”). By submitting Advertisement banner for publication, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Submission of Advertisement Banner

1.1 You may submit a request to put Advertisement banner on our Site by contacting us via email (admin [at] nadmedia.network). We will provide you with our latest rates, which may vary based on Advertisement banner location.

1.2 You are responsible for ensuring that the content of the banner is original, accurate, and not in violation of any laws or regulations. You must also disclose if the banner has been published on any other website or platform.

1.3 We reserve the right to reject any banner that does not meet our standards or is not relevant to our readership.

1.4 We will inform you within 24 hours of banner publication.

1.5 The content of the banner must only in either English or Malay language.

2. Payment

2.1 You agree to pay the agreed-upon fee for the Advertisement banner. Payment is due in advance of banner publication.

2.2 If payment is not received within 7 days of the agreed-upon publication date, we reserve the right to remove the banner from our Site.

2.3 All fees are non-refundable once the banner has been published on our Site.

2.4 Payment method currently accepted are Paypal (client outside Malaysia) and Online Bank Transfer (client from Malaysia).

3. Disclosure

3.1 You must also comply with any applicable laws and regulations regarding disclosure of Advertisement banner.

3.2 Any outbound links from banner must use rel=”sponsored” to follow Google Guideline.

4. Copyright

4.1 You retain ownership of the content of the banner, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, and distribute the banner on our Site and any of our social media channels.

4.2 You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the license set forth in this Section.

5. Indemnification

5.1 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the publication of the Advertisement banner on our Site.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 In no event shall we be liable to you for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6.2 Our liability to you for any direct damages arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be limited to the amount of the fee paid by you for the publication of Advertisement banner.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party.

7.2 In the event of termination, we shall remove the Advertisement banner from our Site within 24 hours of receiving notice of termination.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or province in which our business is located.

9. Entire Agreement

9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions, or agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.

9.2 By submitting content for banner publication on our Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not submit banner for publication on this site.

Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund for Advertisement banner. However, due to the nature of our business, we have a strict refund policy in place.

Once the Advertisement banner published after that it is non-refundable.

Once payment has been made for a Advertisement banner, it is non-refundable after 24 hours. This means that if you wish to request a refund, you must do so within 24 hours of making the payment.

To request a refund, you must contact us via email (admin [at] nadmedia.network) and provide us with a valid reason for the request. We will review the request and make a decision on whether to grant the refund.

If we approve the refund, we will process it within 7 days of the approval. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original payment.

However, if we receive a refund request after the 24-hour period has elapsed, we will not be able to issue a refund.
